BIOENERGY AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT, SL (BYDT) is a technology based company that emerges from the University of León (ULE). BYDT objectives are to advise and help our customers meet their energy needs using renewable resources (especially biomass), and in parallel to provide solutions in the management of organic waste. We also intend to actively participate in R & D projects.
The promoter team of BYDT is set up by people related with the chemical engineering group of the University of León, in which a research activity in the fields of renewable energies and environmental technology is being developed since 1997. Within this activity and from the contact with agents of different sectors (waste producers, energy producers, industries, civil services, other research centres, etc.), BYDT has detected that there is a wide field for the application of their knowledge and its technologic development.
