Daniel Blanco Cobián agronomist. Since 2003 he has been working in the chemical engineering group of ULE in a position of researcher, specializing in biological treatment of waste and gain experience in the management of treatment systems to scale. He has participated in various national and international projects of R & D directly related to the future activities of BYDT: fermentation of waste to produce biogas (Biogas 3A), integrated management of livestock waste, technical advice on production and use of biomass, implementation of process control methodology, biogas purification, etc. PhD thesis recently defended Daniel White focuses on biological treatment technology for bio akin to that being developed BYDT.

Adrián Escapa González is an Industrial Engineer and Master in Renewable Energy by the University of León . He worked on the design of a refrigerator powered by solar energy in the Ingeniorhojskolen i Aarhus (Aarhus, Denmark). This work received the Thesis Award on Renewable Energy Renewable Energy Chair at the University of León. Later he worked in the Teknologisk Dansk Institut (Aarhus, Denmark) in various activities related to hydrogen as an energy carrier and fuel cell polymer membrane. Since 2005, which joined the group of chemical engineering at the University of León. has participated in several research projects, the most prominent being the removal of CO2 and electrochemically hydrogen production via electrolysis biocatalyst, which is involved in the present. Within this discipline has studied the ability of the biocatalyst as electrolysis technology to effectively manage wastewater from various industrial processes, agricultural, biological, or generated in urban centers.Between May and August 2008 made a stay at the Institute for Research in Biotechnologie (Montreal, Canada) engaged in research on the treatment of products originating in the process of biodiesel production by electrolysis biocatalyst.

The development team also has the support and advice of Dr. Antonio Moran Palao, a degree in Chemistry and PhD in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Oviedo and professor at the University of León. Former Director of the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Graphic Expression and is currently the director of the Institute of Natural Resources. He has been principal investigator in more than 16 projects and contracts in recent years, touching on topics such as coal biodesulfuración, implementation and characterization of sludge in agriculture, manufacturing adsorbents, thermolysis or waste. He is coauthor of about 40 articles in international scientific publications, director of 11 PhD theses and over 30 final projects and co-author of a patent for the biological production of hydrogen. He also directed the Masters in Renewable Energy at the University of León and has been practiced in R + D + I AENOR and evaluation committee member of European Renewable Energy Project’s Sixth Framework Programme (2005). Antonio Moran has extensive experience in research and technological development in both its management and research.
